I'm logged in but can't see my subscribed chatrooms

STAYGE CX • LiNC & tin2026-06-04

LiNC uses STAYGE ID for login, which supports three sign-in methods: Google · Apple · Email sign-up. If you sign in with a method different from the one you used when subscribing, your subscribed chatrooms and purchase history may not appear.

Most "I can't see my subscribed chatroom" inquiries are caused by this. Please follow the steps below to check and resolve the issue.

LiNC manages each login method as a separate account. Even if the email addresses look similar, accounts created with different login methods are treated as completely different accounts.

Example

  • An account created via Google sign-in with example@gmail.com

  • An account created via direct email sign-up with example@naver.com

→ These two accounts may look similar, but they are entirely separate in LiNC. Subscriptions made on one account will not appear on the other.

This often happens when users confuse the email address of their Google account (@gmail.com) with a different email address they regularly use (@naver.com, @daum.net, etc.).

You can check the email address and login method of your currently signed-in account from the 「My Info」 screen inside the LiNC app. The account shown there is the one where your subscription doesn't appear — so once you confirm which method (Google / Apple / direct email sign-up) you're currently using, sign out and try logging in with a different method.

Think back to which button you tapped when you first signed up on LiNC.

  • "Continue with Google" — signed up with a Google account

  • "Continue with Apple" — signed up with an Apple account

  • Direct email sign-up — signed up using a verification code sent to your email address

Whichever method you chose becomes your login method.

If you signed up directly with email, you would have received a 6-digit verification code email at sign-up and every time you used "Log in without password". In the inbox of the email accounts you commonly use, search for messages from "LiNC" or "STAYGE". The inbox where these messages are found is your LiNC account email.

If you signed up with Google or Apple, there is no email verification step and LiNC sends very few emails directly. Searching your inbox may not help in this case — please use methods 1) or 2) above instead.

Note: The email on your App Store / Google Play receipt is a different piece of information Receipts from the App Store or Google Play are sent to the email address registered to your store payment account. This may be different from the email you used to sign up for LiNC. Please don't confuse your store receipt email with your LiNC account email.

  1. Sign out of the LiNC app.

  2. On the login screen, select the login method you used when subscribing.

  3. Check that your subscribed chatrooms and history are now visible.

Q. Both accounts are mine. Can I merge them? LiNC does not currently support merging accounts created with different login methods. Transferring subscription history between accounts is also not possible, so we recommend continuing to use the account you originally subscribed with.

Q. I can't remember which login method I used. First, try methods 1) and 2) in "How to find the account you used to subscribe" above. If you still can't figure it out and you signed up with email, search your inbox for the 6-digit verification code email sent by LiNC or STAYGE. The email address that received those messages is the account you used to subscribe. If you still can't find it, please contact LiNC Customer Support below.

Q. I paid with one account, but the subscription seems to have been applied to a different account. App Store / Google Play purchases are processed using the account signed in to that store, while LiNC subscriptions are applied to the account signed in to LiNC. If these two accounts are different, this issue can occur. Please make sure the email address on your payment receipt matches your LiNC login account.

Q. I can't sign in / I forgot my password.

  • If you signed up via direct email: LiNC supports "Log in without password". Tap "Log in without password" on the login screen, and a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email address. Entering the code is all you need to sign in.

  • If you signed up via Google / Apple: Passwords are managed by those services, so please follow each service's instructions to reset.

Please contact LiNC Customer Support. Sharing the following information will help us resolve the issue faster.

  • Any email addresses you might have used to sign up for LiNC (please list all candidates that come to mind)

  • The artist name you subscribed to

  • Date and time of payment, and the payment method (App Store / Google Play / card, etc.)

  • A screenshot of the account you're currently signed in with

  • A screenshot of the screen where your subscription history is missing

Thank you for being with LiNC. We'll keep doing our best so that LiNC can be part of your precious moments with your favorite artists.
