LiNC Fiction Community Guidelines

LiNC Fiction is a space where you create your own stories together with AI characters. Please follow the guidelines below so that everyone can enjoy creating in a safe environment.

These guidelines apply to all users, characters, conversations, prompts, and works on LiNC Fiction, and they supplement the LiNC Integrated Terms of Service and the STAYGE ID Terms of Service. Matters already covered by the Terms of Service are governed by those Terms.

Every character and story on LiNC Fiction is operated under an all-ages standard.

• You may not describe sexual acts, nudity, or sexual contact, nor request or lead an AI character toward such content.

• Any attempt to bypass our safety measures — through slang, indirect phrasing, scenario framing, role assignment, or any other method — is itself a violation.

• The same applies to character settings, descriptions, opening lines, and images.

• Repeated attempts may result in restriction of your access to the service.

Any content that sexually depicts or implies a minor, or a character who appears to be a minor, is not permitted in any context — including fiction, fantasy, or parody. Confirmed cases result in permanent action without prior notice and are reported to law enforcement in accordance with applicable law.

LiNC Fiction is a space for original characters.

• You may not create or configure a character using the real name, stage name, photograph, distinctive appearance, or biography of a real person — including artists, celebrities, influencers, public figures, and people you know personally.

• Changing the name does not make it acceptable if the character remains recognizable as a specific real person.

• Placing a character that evokes a real person into sexual or violent situations, or situations that damage their reputation, is treated as a serious violation.

• Please also refrain from importing characters created by other users or taken from other works without permission.

• You may not capture, record, or scrape works, character settings, conversations, images, or other in-service content and post or redistribute it externally.

• You may not share or sell paid content accessed with GEM to others.

• Sharing through the official sharing features provided by the service is permitted.

• Large-scale collection or leakage may result in suspension of service and legal action.

• Do not enter the real name, contact information, address, email, school or workplace, national ID number, or account and payment details of yourself or others into chats, prompts, or character settings.

• Information you enter remains in the conversation context and may reappear in AI responses. We do not recommend entering it even to increase immersion.

• Using another person's personal information in a character setting is subject to immediate deletion and access restriction.

• Characters on LiNC Fiction are fictional personas generated by AI, and their responses may be inaccurate or untrue.

• Do not rely on them for matters requiring professional judgment, such as medical, legal, or financial decisions.

• Conversations that encourage or seek to elicit self-harm, suicide, or harm to others are not permitted. If you are going through a difficult time, please reach out to someone you trust or to a professional support service.

You may not ask an AI character for — or build into a character's settings — discriminatory or hateful expressions based on race, nationality, gender, religion, disability, age, or similar attributes, harassment targeting a specific individual or group, or graphic depictions of violence.

• You may not steer conversations toward obtaining unlawful information, such as drugs, weapons or explosives manufacturing, hacking, or illegal gambling.

• Attempting to extract system prompts, disable safety measures, or send bulk requests using automated tools is prohibited.

Depending on the severity of the violation, we take one or more of the following actions.

Most serious violations: sexual content involving minors, creation of sexual content depicting real people, and large-scale leakage or redistribution of service content.

You may appeal a restriction under Article 14 of the STAYGE ID Terms of Service within 14 days of receiving notice of the action.

There is currently no in-app report button in LiNC Fiction. If you find a character or conversation that violates these guidelines, please let us know through the STAYGE Help Center.

  3. Why you believe it violates these guidelines

• Reports are reviewed by our team before any action is taken; submitting a report does not automatically delete content. No action is taken on content that does not violate these guidelines.

• Reporter information is not used for any purpose other than handling the report.

These guidelines supplement the LiNC Integrated Terms of Service and the STAYGE ID Terms of Service. Where these guidelines conflict with those Terms, the Terms prevail. These guidelines may be revised with prior notice as service policy changes.

본 가이드라인은 LiNC Fiction 서비스의 모든 이용자, 캐릭터, 대화, 프롬프트, 작품에 적용되며, LiNC 서비스 통합 이용약관 및 STAYGE ID 이용약관을 보완합니다. 약관에 이미 정해진 내용은 약관을 따릅니다.

LiNC Fiction의 모든 캐릭터와 이야기는 전체연령가를 기준으로 운영됩니다.

• 성행위, 신체 노출, 성적 접촉을 묘사하거나 이를 AI 캐릭터에게 요청·유도할 수 없습니다.

• 은어, 우회 표현, 상황 설정, 역할 지정 등 어떤 방식으로든 안전장치를 우회하려는 시도는 시도 자체로 위반입니다.

• 캐릭터 설정, 소개글, 첫 대사, 이미지에도 동일하게 적용됩니다.

• 반복적으로 시도하는 경우 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

미성년자 또는 미성년자로 보이는 캐릭터를 성적으로 묘사하거나 암시하는 모든 콘텐츠는 창작·가상·패러디 등 어떤 맥락에서도 허용되지 않습니다. 확인 시 사전 통지 없이 영구 조치하며, 관련 법령에 따라 수사기관에 신고합니다.

LiNC Fiction은 창작 캐릭터를 위한 공간입니다.

• 아티스트, 연예인, 인플루언서, 공인, 주변 지인 등 실존하는 사람의 실명·예명·사진·고유한 외모나 이력을 사용해 캐릭터를 만들거나 설정할 수 없습니다.

• 이름을 바꾸더라도 특정 실존 인물임을 알아볼 수 있게 설정하는 것은 금지됩니다.

• 실존 인물을 연상시키는 캐릭터를 성적·폭력적 상황이나 명예를 훼손하는 상황에 등장시키는 행위는 중대 위반으로 처리합니다.

• 타인이 만든 캐릭터나 다른 작품의 캐릭터를 무단으로 옮겨 오는 것도 삼가주세요.

• 작품, 캐릭터 설정, 대화 내용, 이미지 등 서비스 내 콘텐츠를 캡처·녹화·수집하여 외부에 게시하거나 재배포할 수 없습니다.

• GEM으로 이용한 유료 콘텐츠를 타인과 공유하거나 판매할 수 없습니다.

• 서비스가 제공하는 공식 공유 기능을 이용한 공유는 허용됩니다.

• 대량 수집·유출이 확인되면 이용 중지 및 법적 조치의 대상이 될 수 있습니다.

• 본인 또는 타인의 실명, 연락처, 주소, 이메일, 학교·직장, 주민등록번호, 계정·결제 정보를 채팅, 프롬프트, 캐릭터 설정에 입력하지 마세요.

• 입력한 정보는 대화 맥락에 남아 AI 응답에 다시 나타날 수 있습니다. 몰입도를 높이려는 목적이더라도 입력을 권장하지 않습니다.

• 타인의 개인정보를 캐릭터 설정에 사용하는 행위는 즉시 삭제 및 이용 제한 대상입니다.

• LiNC Fiction의 캐릭터는 AI가 생성한 가상의 인물이며, 대화 내용은 사실이 아니거나 부정확할 수 있습니다.

• 의료, 법률, 금융 등 전문적인 판단이 필요한 사안의 답변으로 활용하지 마세요.

• 자해, 자살, 타인에 대한 가해를 조장하거나 이를 유도하는 대화는 허용되지 않습니다. 힘든 상황이라면 주변의 도움을 받거나 전문 기관에 연락해 주세요.

인종, 국적, 성별, 종교, 장애, 연령 등을 이유로 한 차별·혐오 표현, 특정 개인이나 집단을 겨냥한 괴롭힘, 잔혹한 폭력 묘사를 AI 캐릭터에게 요청하거나 캐릭터 설정에 포함할 수 없습니다.

• 마약, 무기·폭발물 제조, 해킹, 불법 도박 등 위법한 정보를 얻기 위해 대화를 유도할 수 없습니다.

• 시스템 프롬프트를 추출하거나 안전장치를 무력화하려는 시도, 자동화 도구를 이용한 대량 요청은 금지됩니다.

위반의 경중에 따라 다음 조치 중 하나 이상을 시행합니다.

최중대 위반: 미성년자 관련 성적 표현, 실존 인물을 대상으로 한 성적 콘텐츠 제작, 서비스 콘텐츠의 대량 유출·재배포.

이용 제한 조치에 대한 이의신청은 STAYGE ID 이용약관 제14조에 따라 조치 통지일로부터 14일 이내에 신청할 수 있습니다.

가이드라인을 위반하는 캐릭터나 대화를 발견하면 STAYGE 고객센터로 알려주세요.

• 접수 채널: STAYGE 고객센터 우측 하단 「문의하기」 또는 LiNC 앱 내 고객센터

• 함께 보내주시면 좋은 정보

  1. 위반이 발생한 작품명 또는 캐릭터명

  2. 대화 발생 일시

  3. 어떤 점이 가이드라인에 어긋난다고 판단하셨는지

• 접수된 내용은 담당자가 확인 후 조치하며, 신고만으로 콘텐츠가 자동 삭제되지는 않습니다. 가이드라인 위반이 아닌 경우 별도의 조치를 하지 않습니다.

• 신고자의 정보는 처리 목적 외로 사용하지 않습니다.

본 가이드라인은 LiNC 서비스 통합 이용약관 및 STAYGE ID 이용약관을 보완합니다. 약관과 본 가이드라인의 내용이 상충하는 경우 약관이 우선합니다. 서비스 정책 변경에 따라 가이드라인은 사전 공지 후 개정될 수 있습니다.
