Q. I joined a MAKESTAR Photo & Call event, but the photos I took with the artist aren't in my phone's gallery.
A. First, the Photo & Call event is planned and operated by MAKESTAR. LiNC is a separate service that only provides the video call feature so that the event can take place. To put it simply, running the event, handling registrations, and the saving, delivery, and storage of the photos are all managed directly by MAKESTAR. The photos are not saved or stored on LiNC.
We're truly sorry, but for this reason LiNC has no way to resend or look up your photos. Inquiries about not receiving your photos (photos not saved to your gallery) should be submitted to MAKESTAR customer support, the team that ran the event, so they can properly review and resolve the issue.
