Service Termination (from August 25, 2026 (Mon) 11:00 PM)
From 11:00 PM (KST) on August 25, 2026 (Mon), the chat room will be deactivated. The chat room and previous conversation history will remain, but sending messages to the artist will no longer be possible.
In addition, depending on each user's individual subscription end date, you may no longer be able to view subscriber-only messages previously received from the artist. Please make sure to save any conversations you'd like to keep before the service is terminated.
If you are already subscribed, you may continue using the service normally until the termination date.
Renewal payments will continue unless you cancel your subscription directly. If you wish to cancel, please make sure to do so before 11:00 PM (KST) on August 25, 2026 (Mon).
After the above date and time, RION and JEONGHO Private Chat will no longer be available.
As of the service termination date, new subscriptions to Private Chat will not be available.
[How to Cancel Your Subscription]
Subscriptions can be cancelled directly through the app market where you made your purchase. Cancellations and refunds will be processed according to each app market's policy.
Google Play Store: Play Store app > Select profile > Payments & subscriptions > Select the subscription > Cancel subscription
App Store (iOS): Settings app > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Select the subscription > Cancel Subscription
