tin supports our members in managing and protecting their own copyrighted works. Copyright for any content posted on tin belongs to the member who posted it.
If content is using your work without permission, please file a copyright infringement report using the form below. You can submit claims and reports about copyright infringement that occurs on tin.
Once a report is received, tin will review the content and take appropriate action, including removal of the content.
The reporter submits a Copyright Infringement Report (through tin Customer Support)
tin reviews the report
Content removal and result notification (within 5 business days of receiving the report)
The poster receives a Content Removal Notice
The poster submits a Counter-Notice (within 30 days of the removal notice)
Based on the review:
Counter-notice accepted → Content reinstated
Counter-notice rejected → Permanent removal
Result notification (within 5 business days of counter-notice review)

Only the copyright holder or their legal representative may submit a copyright infringement report.
tin will share an email containing the copyright holder's name and the details of the report with the content poster.
Filing a copyright infringement report is a serious matter that may carry legal responsibility. Intentionally filing a misleading or fraudulent report may result in account deletion or other measures by tin.

If tin confirms a copyright infringement report and removes content, the member who posted that content may be notified by email of the removal and given the opportunity to submit a counter-notice.
If the poster believes the removal was incorrect, they may submit a counter-notice within 30 days of receiving the email notice from tin. tin will review the submitted counter-notice and either reinstate the content or permanently remove it.
